Limelight Escapes is a travel agency platform leveraging automation to enhance communication management. Utilizing WhatsApp, Python, React, MongoDB, and Langchain, the platform features a bot that automates client responses and provides message summaries. Travel agents benefit from a portal for managing groups and messages, ensuring timely and organized communication with clients.

Problem

Managing multiple WhatsApp groups for travel agency communications can be challenging. Messages often get lost in daily chats, causing confusion and delays in responses. This inefficiency can lead to missed messages and dissatisfaction among clients.

Solution

Limelight Escapes addresses this issue by automating communication through a bot built using WhatsApp, Python, React, MongoDB, and Langchain. This bot ensures prompt responses and organized management of group chats, enhancing the overall efficiency and client satisfaction. Key features of the solution include:

• Timely Responses: When a travel agent hasn't replied to a client within a certain timeframe, the bot automatically sends a message assuring the client that assistance will be provided shortly.
• Reminder Alerts: The bot alerts travel agents to respond to unread messages and prioritizes these in the agents' portal.
• Group and Member Search: Agents can search for different groups and members, ensuring easy access to relevant chats.
• Unread Message Summary: The bot provides summaries of unread chats, helping agents quickly catch up on missed conversations.

Our Challenge

During the development of Limelight Escapes, we encountered several challenges:

• User Interface: Designing an intuitive portal that allows agents to easily manage and search through numerous groups and messages.

Despite these challenges, Limelight Escapes aims to streamline travel agency communications, improving efficiency and client satisfaction through advanced automation.
